The plant & head office

Everything happens on one site — the reverse osmosis line, the filling hall, the lab and the dispatch yard. You are welcome to visit; call ahead so someone can walk you through it.

Quick answers

Which areas do you deliver to?
We run daily routes across Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including Naval Anchorage, DHA, Bahria Town, G and F sectors, and Gulberg. If your address sits outside a current route, tell us anyway — routes get added once there is enough demand in an area.
How quickly can I get my first delivery?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a working day are usually delivered the same day inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Everything else goes out on the next morning run.
Do I have to buy the 19L bottles?
No. The bottles are exchanged — you pay a one-time refundable deposit on your first delivery and then only pay for the water. Return the empties and the deposit comes back with them.
Can I see the lab reports for my batch?
Yes. Every batch is tested before dispatch and the reports are published on our certifications page. If you need the specific report for a batch code on your bottle, email the quality desk and we will send the signed copy.
We are an office of 200 people. Is there a corporate rate?
There is. Corporate accounts get volume pricing, scheduled replenishment, monthly consolidated invoicing and dispenser sanitisation included. Send us your headcount and floor count and we will quote against it.
